Urooj Mazhar
Project Director - ExtraCorp |
Urooj aka Ajju, looks like your avg. girl next door until she flashes her 100 watt smile and melts your heart.
Sucker for difference, Urooj and SoL had hots for each other from the day she stepped in for the first time. Having graduated in marketing, she’s always involved with marketing and creativity, but also has a keen mind for the strategic side of things. Urooj comes to us from a diverse background that has seen both sides of the training world (trainee and trainer). After attending TTYT, she delved into the workforce at SoL which led to a position as a Project Manager Beyond Beauty, a women empowerment conference. She added colors to her career when she switched from SoL to SoLF. As one of the initiators of ExtraCorp, she turned Sheepa’s dream for people with disability from concept to completion. Along with being responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ExtraCorp, she is also intricately involved in expanding ExtraCorp through crafting new business initiatives.
While training Urooj has bounced around the globe and within Pakistan, serving a team and clientele diverse in nationality and stratum. A student for life, she has learnt from UNDP, SoL and a multitude of seminars and short courses. She deals with personal and social development as her forte, within and outside of our doors with energy, joviality, integrity, corny humor, flexibility and brutal honesty. She leads with passion, soul and extremely corny humor that she is proud of. |
